Of those who have completed the Training Programme, over 270 are now headteachers or leading a multi-academy trust , over 860 are senior leaders and over 1,850 are middle leaders. • INNOVATION: Connect with other ambassadors and the wider Teach First community to develop ideas that tackle educational inequality. • VOLUNTEERING: Further your impact through volunteering as a school governor, trustee or pupil mentor. *A Teach First ambassador is someone who's completed our Training Programme.
